Residential Burglary (Arrest) - Glen Burnie

On April 6, 2022, at approximately 10:30 p.m. officers responded to the 7800 block of Leymar Road in Glen Burnie for a crash where a male crashed into the shrubbery in front of a residence. As officers were responding, the victim advised that the male was kicking in the front door. Officers arrived as the suspect was entering the house through a hole he kicked in the door. The suspect was given verbal commands and was taken into custody. He was arrested and charged accordingly. Detectives are investigating several other calls in the area that evening for similar incidents.
