Shots Fired / Linthicum

On January 17, 2022, at approximately 8:00 a.m. officers responded to Maryland Performance Diesel located at 5100 block of Raynor Avenue in Linthicum for a report of damage due to gunshots. The business owner reported damage to his building and several vehicles from gunshots fired overnight. The business was closed at the time of the incident. On January 17, 2022, at approximately 10:00 a.m. officers responded to the unit block of Bon Aire Avenue in Brooklyn for a report of shots being fired. Upon arrival officers located evidence of a shooting and property damage. No contact victims were located. Western District
DUI - Weapons Violation / Laurel

On January 17, 2022, officers responded to the intersection of Route 198 and Corridor Marketplace for a subject passed out behind the wheel of the car. When officers arrived on the scene the subject awakened and drove off of the wrong side of the road and into a ditch. The suspect attempted to flee the scene of the accident and two officers suffered minor injuries attempting to take the suspect into custody. Once in custody officers located a loaded handgun in his waistband. The suspect was charged accordingly.

On January 17, 2022, at approximately 10:00 a.m. officers responded to the 1100 block of Pasadena Yacht Yard Road for a shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers recovered evidence of a shooting but did not locate any victims or property damage.
