Shots Fired; Destruction / Glen Burnie

On November 2, 2021, at approximately 10:45 p.m. officers responded to a report of gunshots fired in the parking lot of 6709 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. The investigation revealed two subjects entered the parking lot on foot, fired several rounds striking two vehicles, and fled in an unknown direction. One vehicle was occupied by two individuals and the other was unoccupied. No injuries were reported. On November 2, 2021, at approximately 10:40 p.m., officers responded for a report of a shooting in the 400 block of Kenilworth Court in Glen Burnie. Upon arrival, officers located a 22-year-old male victim and a 47-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound(s). Both victims were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. Preliminarily detectives believe the 47-year-old victim was not an intended target.
