On May 7, 2021 at approximately 8:15 p.m. officers responded for a report of an armed subject in the area of the 400 block of Camp Meade Road in Linthicum. Officers located the suspect who was found to be in possession of a loaded 9mm Polymer 80 handgun, 12 9mm rounds of ammunition. 44.20 grams of suspected marijuana, $1,355.00 U.S. currency, packaging materials and a scale. The suspect was arrested and charged.

Commercial Robbery / Glen Burnie

On May 8, 2021 at approximately 11:40 a.m. officers responded for a robbery at the the Royal Farms Store located at 200 Oak Manor Drive in Glen Burnie. An unknown male suspect entered the store and handed a note to the clerk announcing a robbery. The male placed his hand in his pocket, implying he had a handgun. The clerk handed over an undetermined amount of cash to the suspect who fled in an unknown direction. 

Suspect: Black male, approximately 6’3”, wearing gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black mask

CDS Violation / Glen Burnie

On May 8, 2021 at approximately 12:25 a.m. officers conducted a traffic stop of a Honda sedan in the 7800 block of Parke West Drive in Glen Burnie. Upon speaking with the driver, officers received information which led to a search of the driver resulting in the seizure of 18 clear capsules of suspected Heroin/Cocaine/Fentanyl in a clear plastic bag. A search of the passenger revealed 16 clear capsules of suspected Heroin/Cocaine/Fentanyl. Both subjects were transported to Central Booking for charges.

Assault / Hanover

On May 8, 2021 at approximately 8:20 a.m. officers responded for an assault in the 7000 block of Arundel Mills Circle in Hanover. The 44 year old male victim and suspect, who are acquainted with each other, were in the victim’s vehicle when the suspect began punching the victim in his face, causing the victim to become unconscious. The suspect then pushed the victim out of the vehicle, removed items from the his pockets and kicked the victim’s head several times before fleeing. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Officers located the suspect who was arrested and charged.
