Home Invasion (Arrest) / Glen Burnie

On November 21, 2020 at approximately 10:15 p.m. officers responded for a report of a home invasion in the 7800 block of Bruton Drive in Glen Burnie. The adult female victim heard a noise at her door. Upon opening her door, two males forced their way into the apartment. One of the males displayed a handgun and demanded cash and property from the victim. The suspects then fled with cash and other personal items taken from the apartment. On November 22, 2020 the victim called 911 to report seeing the suspects on foot in her neighborhood. Officers responded and located the suspects who were arrested and charged accordingly. On November 22, 2020 officers responded for multiple reports of theft from autos and tampering with autos in Crofton. Unknown suspects found unsecured vehicles in the areas of Freemont Court, Wilkshire Drive, Fillmore Court, Angus Court, Carry Place, Walleye Drive and Farmington Court. The victims reported that items had been stolen from their vehicles which were left unsecured overnight. A Ford F-150 was stolen from Wilkshire Drive as it was left unsecured with the vehicle’s keys inside. Western District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information please call 410-222-6155. We ask the community to please lock the doors to their vehicles and place valuables out of view.
