Weapons Violation (Arrest) / Severn

On June 3, 2020 at approximately 5:10 p.m., officers were on patrol in the Stillmeadows Community when they observed two vehicles traveling at a high rate of speed through the neighborhood on Jacobs Road. One of the vehicles, a silver Lincoln Town Car, was stopped on Richfield Drive by the officers and found to be occupied by four individuals. Three occupants fled. A search of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of a loaded shotgun and loaded handgun. Officers located one of the suspects who fled in the area of Stillmeadows Court and Dove Drive and found him to be in possession of a loaded handgun. While on scene, officers learned the vehicle had just been reported stolen out of Glen Burnie. Both suspects were taken into custody and charged accordingly.
