Northern District

Robbery / Glen Burnie

On March 14, 2020 at approximately 4:10 a.m., officers responded for a robbery of a citizen at the rear of the BP gas station located at 7401 Baltimore and Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie. An unknown male suspect approached the 35 year old female victim, displayed a knife and demanded property. The victim complied and the suspect fled. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Northern District detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to contact 410-222-6135 or the Tip Line 410-222-4700.

Suspect: Black male, gray beard, wearing tan pants and purple hat.

Robbery / Brooklyn

On March 15, 2020 at approximately 7:30 p.m., officers responded for a robbery of a citizen in the area of Ritchie Highway and Church Street in Brooklyn. At approximately 7:00 p.m., a 32 year old male victim was approached by two unknown black male suspects. Both males displayed handguns and demanded property from the victim. The victim complied and the suspects fled. The victim was unable to provide any further description of the suspects. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects. Western District

Robbery (Arrest Update) / Hanover

On March 9, 2020 at approximately 8:20 a.m., officers responded for a robbery of a citizen in the 7000 block of Arundel Mills circle in Hanover. A 58 year old female victim was walking toward her vehicle when she was approached by an unknown male suspect. The suspect displayed a knife and said something the victim didn’t understand. The male then removed the victim’s purse and fled in a blue Honda Accord. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle or suspect. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Western District detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to call 410-222-8760 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700.

Suspect: Black male, mid 30’s, 6’0”, thin build, facial hair, wearing a black sweatshirt and black jeans.

Update (03/16/20):

On March 12, 2020 detectives were called to the area of Arundel Mills Circle for a report of a suspicious vehicle fitting the description of the vehicle used by the suspect during the robbery. Upon arrival, officers discovered the vehicle was reported stolen. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and cocaine. As a result of the continuing investigation, detectives were able to apply for and receive criminal charges against the driver for his involvement in the March 9th robbery.
