Assault / Odenton
On January 9, 2020 at approximately 11:50 p.m., officers responded for an assault at a residence located in the 1300 block of Huntover Drive in Odenton. A 33 year old male suspect assaulted a 51 year old male and and a 50 year old female with an axe. The victim's were able to gain control of the axe and struck the suspect with it. All three individuals were transported to an area hospital for serious but non-life threatening injuries. Investigation revealed the assault was motivated by a disagreement between the suspect and victims. Charges have been applied for against the suspect which have not yet been served. The suspect will be identified after he is released from the hospital and formally charged.

Indecent Exposure / Gambrills
On January 9, 2020 at approximately 2:10 p.m., officers responded for a report of an indecent exposure which occurred earlier in the 1400 block of South Main Chapel Way in Gambrills. The adult female victim reported that at approximately 1:30 p.m., she was walking to her vehicle parked along South Main Chapel Way when she observed a male seated in a dark colored vehicle exposing his genitals. The male motioned with his hands for the female to get into his vehicle. The victim proceeded to her vehicle and drove home to call police. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle or the suspect. Western District detectives are investigating this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact 410-222-6155.

Suspect Vehicle: Older style Ford Crown Victoria, unknown dark color with tinted windows

Commercial Robbery / Laurel
On December 9, 2020 at approximately 8:40 p.m., officers responded for a robbery of a business at the Tobacco Park located at 3511 Laurel Ft. Meade Road in Laurel. Three unknown black male suspects wearing dark clothing entered the store. One of the males displayed a handgun while the other two removed property from the store. The suspects fled in an unknown direction. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Robbery detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to call 410-222-4720.
