Eastern District
Bank Robbery (Arrest) / Arnold
 
On November 13, 2019 at approximately 2:50 p.m. officers responded to a hold-up alarm at the TD Bank located in the 1400 block of Ritchie Highway in Arnold. Upon arrival officers learned that the hold-up alarm was in fact a robbery. A male suspect entered the establishment and announced a robbery. The tellers complied and the suspect fled the scene. Officers canvassed the area and located the suspect a short distance away. There were no weapons seen or implied and no injuries were reported.

Western District
Commercial Robbery / Severn
 
On November 13, 2019 at approximately 5:40 p.m., officers responded for a report of robbery at the 7-Eleven located at 500 Donaldson Avenue in Severn. An unknown male suspect entered the store carrying a metal pipe and demanded cash from the register. The clerk complied and the suspect fled toward Quarterfield Road. Officers searched the area however were unable to locate the suspect. Robbery detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to call 410-222-4720 or the TipLine at 410-222-4700.
 
Suspect: Black male, early to mid 20's, 5'8", 140 lbs wearing light colored clothing
Northern District
Citizen Robbery / Glen Burnie
 
On November 13, 2019 at approximately 9:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of the 100 block of 5th Avenue, SE in Glen Burnie for a report of a citizen robbery. The male victim reported that he had been robbed of his Apple Iphone 8 and a professional tattoo kit at gunpoint. The victim told officers that he had set up a meeting with an unknown female for the purposes of selling a tattoo kit he had listed on a social media site. The female asked the victim to ride with her to an ATM so she could get the correct amount of money for the sale. The victim entered the vehicle and drove to a parking lot where a male suspect entered the vehicle. The female suspect displayed a handgun while the male suspect removed the victim's property. The victim was dropped off and the suspects fled in the vehicle. The victim returned to his residence where he called 911. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle or suspects. The victim did not report any injures as a result of this incident. Northern District detectives are investigating this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call 410-222-6135 or the TipLine at 410-222-4700. Community members are encouraged to use the Anne Arundel County "Transaction Safe Zones" for e-commerce, which are located in the lobbies of all four district stations and available 24 hours a day or the lobby of headquarters which is open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays.

Northern District
Tampering with Auto (Arrest) / Brooklyn
 
On November 14, 2019 at approximately 12:40 a.m., officers responded for a report of a male suspect pulling on vehicle door handles on Cresswell Road near Upland Road in Brooklyn. Officers arrived and located the suspect. Investigation revealed the suspect had gained entry into a vehicle in the 300 block of Cresswell Road. The suspect was arrested and transported to Northern District for processing.
