Northern District
Theft From Auto (Arrest) / Glen Burnie
 
On October 11, 2019 at approximately 1:30 a.m., Northern District patrol and TPU officers responded to Crown Road off of Hammarlee Road for a report of tampering with auto. Three subjects were seen walking through the area trying car door handles. After searching the area, officers located two of the subjects on Sunnybrook Court. One of the subjects, Scott, was found to be in possession of a wallet that was stolen from one of the vehicles. A second juvenile subject was located and found to be in possession of personal property. Both subjects were arrested and transported to Northern District for processing.

Weapon & CDS Violation (Arrest) / Laurel
 
On October 10, 2019 at approximately 4:30 p.m., officers responded for a CDS complaint in the area of Horsehead South and Elkton Street in Laurel. Upon arrival officers located and stopped a suspect vehicle leaving the area. Recovered from the vehicle were a loaded .380 caliber handgun and THC oil and marijuana packaged in a manner indicating distribution. The vehicle occupant was arrested and transported to Western District for processing.

Western District Fraud / Hanover
 
On October 9, 2019 at approximately 3:00 a.m., officers responded to the Maryland Live Casino to investigate a theft scheme incident. Officers met with Casino staff member who advised that a casino employee, identified as Ronald Dalisay, allegedly printed five fraudulent vouchers and personally cashed them between September 26, 2019 and October 6, 2019. The total value of the vouchers was $14, 500. The investigating officer applied for and received an arrest warrant which was served on October 9, 2019.

Sex Assault / Glen Burnie
 
On October 8, 2019 at approximately 11:30 a.m., officers responded to the La Quinta Inn located at 6323 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie for a report of a sex assault. Officers met with an adult male victim who reported that he was assaulted while in his hotel room. The victim stated while he was asleep, a male entered his room and sexually assaulted him. The suspect was identified and charged.
