Northern District
On March 5, 2019 at 6:59 p.m., detectives from Northern TPU initiated a traffic stop on Ritchie Highway North and 11th Avenue in Brooklyn Park.
A CDS canine gave a positive alert of the vehicle, and a search was conducted. Detectives located the following within the vehicle:
- 16 flip top containers of suspected crack cocaine (Approximate street value $604.00)
- 6 black top vials of suspected heroin (approximate street value $679.00)
- a cap and ball revolver converted to fire .45 caliber ammunition
The driver and passenger were arrested and transported to Northern District for charges. The vehicle was seized.
