To apply for a Financial Hardship Exemption, use the Financial Hardship Exemption Application, or to change your property's Mailing Address, use the Maryland State Department Address Change Request Form.
The deadline for stormwater fee credit applications is October 1st of the taxable year the applicant wishes the credit to start. Credit applications received after October 1st will be applied in the next taxable year, if approved. Appeal applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
