AN ORDINANCE concerning: Office of Planning and Zoning and Department of Inspections and Permits – Reorganization of Duties and Responsibilities

FOR the purpose of reorganizing certain duties and responsibilities of the Office of Planning and Zoning and the Department of Inspections and Permits pertaining to real property tax credits for stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, subdivision and development, and zoning; clarifying “qualified improvements” for stormwater management; and generally relating to the Office of Planning and Zoning and the Department of Inspections and Permits.
