FOR the purpose of amending the Capital Budget by transferring appropriation of funds from the Church Creek Dredging, Pocahontas Creek Dredging, Duvall Creek Dredging, Rockhold Crk County Dredging, and DMP Site Management capital projects to the Marley Creek Dredging capital project; and amending the Capital Program and Capital Projects Bond Ordinance.
