FOR the purpose of making additional appropriations of funds from revenues received from anticipated sources but in excess of budget estimates to the CAO and the Fire Department; making this ordinance an emergency measure; and generally relating to additional appropriations of funds in the current expense budget for the fiscal year ending in June 30, 2013.
