FOR the purpose of granting a portion of the County’s Critical Area growth allocation to property owned by Annapolis Life Care, Inc., by changing its designation on the County’s Critical Area maps from Limited Development Area to Intensely Developed Area; establishing requirements and limitations on the development of the property granted the growth allocation; and generally relating to the grant of growth allocation for the Annapolis Life Care, Inc. property.
