For the purpose of amending certain terms; incorporating State guidelines for mobile home park relocation plans into County law; providing for the administration of mobile home park relocation plans; placing certain restrictions on payment of the relocation assistance required by State Law; establishing a fee system for the review and monitoring of plans; and generally relating to Housing and Community Development and Subdivision and Development.
