AN ORDINANCE concerning: Subdivision and Development – Public Works Agreements – FOR the purpose of requiring a public works agreement to be completed within six months of a plat being recorded; executed and delivered simultaneously with the approval of a plat or no later than twelve months after a plat has been recorded; and generally relating to subdivision and development.
