AN ORDINANCE concerning: Subdivision and Development – Adequate Public Facilities – Adequate School Facilities – FOR the purpose of amending the test for additional school capacity by requiring schools over 95% of State-Rated Capacity be listed as closed on the school utilization chart; and generally relating to adequate school facilities.
