Draft Blue Notices

Draft Blue Notices are eligible for public comment during a 30-day window as shown below. During the open comment period, the public can send comments to the Department of Inspections and Permits by using a web form link provided on this webpage. After the 30-day comment period concludes, the link will be closed. 

All comments received during the 30-day open comment period will be considered by staff for inclusion, however staff will not respond to any comments or questions received. A final version of the Blue Notice will be posted online after the 30-day public comment period ends.
