CNR trip requests can only be made by adults (18+).

Age Requirements for CNR South Minor:

• 13 & OVER- Must have signed permission on record from guardian or parent to ride alone. Children this age can ride AACT unaccompanied. As a parent or guardian, it is up to you to determine if your teen is ready to ride alone.
• 5 TO 12- Must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Children this age can ride with a caregiver.
• 4 & UNDER- Must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Children this age can ride with a caregiver.

Inform the dispatcher when calling to inform them of the child passenger type when booking.

Permission Slip

1. Call (410) 222-0025 - at least two (2) hours in advance for your desired trip. For pick-ups before 9 a.m., call between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. the previous business day to schedule.
2. Schedule your pick up time - by providing scheduler with exact pickup address and desired time. If no one answers, please leave your name, address and phone number. The scheduler will return your call with your scheduled pick-up time and location.
3. Passengers can schedule your return - trip at the same time, or you may call back 2 hours before your desired return trip.
4. Pick up times - are estimated and may change due to unexpected traffic delays.

Use your phone to tell South County Call N Ride where you are an where you want to go.  You'll receive a nearby pickup location only a short walk away. 

Fast

Booking your ride is quick and easy!  The app will send you an approximate arrival time for you South County Call N Ride vehicle.  We still offer the traditional call in option as well. 

• Dowload the app and set up your profile to indicate any mobility needs 
• Open the app to request a ride
• You can book a ride for you and up to four other passengers but you must indicate how many
• You'll receive an arrival time and nearby pickup location
• Meeting a short distance away may be needed at pickup and drop-off depending on your location

If you have mobility needs that require a wheelchair accessible vehicle, include this information within your profile.  An accessible vehicle will be automatically assigned to you for all of your rides and no walk will be required.
