Our Mission
The Anne Arundel Soil Conservation District carries out programs, both voluntary and mandated, which implement the policy of the State to provide for the conservation of soil, water, and related natural resources.
The efforts of the District focus on the environmental effects of two diverse but equally essential areas of the local economy, agriculture and urban development.
General Information
The governing body of the Soil Conservation District shall be interested in and knowledgeable in conservation of soil, water, and related natural resources. Consideration shall be given to representation from farming, forestry, wildlife, and urban interests.

The five member board meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Norman A. Berg Conference Room at the Heritage Office Complex , 2662 Riva Road, Annapolis, MD 21401.
