Robbery (Citizen) - Linthicum Heights

On July 8, 2023, at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers responded for a report of a robbery of a citizen that just occurred in the 1200 block of Winterson Road in Linthicum Heights. Investigation revealed that the victim was walking back into the building after retrieving items from their vehicle when they were approached by two suspects, one of which was brandishing a handgun. The suspects demanded property from the victim and, after obtaining the victim's phone and bag, fled in a white four-door sedan. On July 9, 2023, at approximately 7:00 a.m., officers responded for a report of shots fired that occurred earlier in the area of Nolpark Court and Crain Highway in Glen Burnie. Investigation revealed that at approximately 5:30 a.m., the victim was involved in a road rage incident that began on Interstate 97 and continued onto Crain Highway. When both vehicles turned onto Nolpark Court, both drivers got into an argument. The driver of the suspect vehicle produced a handgun and fired numerous rounds into the victim's vehicle. The suspect entered his vehicle and fled the scene. On July 10, 2023, at approximately 2:40 a.m. officers responded to the area of Colbert Road and Whitehall Road for a report of gunshots. While Officers were canvassing the area, another call was received advising that a residence in the 1600 block of Colbert Road was struck by projectiles. Two vehicles at that address were also struck by bullets. Several shell casings were observed on the street in front of the residence. Tampering with Auto - Annapolis

On July 10, 2023, at approximately 3:00 a.m., officers responded for a report of a motor vehicle tampering in progress at the BMW of Annapolis, 25 Old Mill Bottom Road in Annapolis. Officers were alerted to subjects on the dealership lot entering multiple vehicles. As officers converged on the business, one suspect fled on foot, and the second attempted to flee in a vehicle. Officers were able to stop the fleeing vehicle and went on to locate the second suspect hiding inside a vehicle on the lot. Both suspects were arrested and charged accordingly.

Robbery (Commercial) - Crofton

On July 8, 2023, at approximately 3:00 a.m., officers responded for a report of a robbery that just occurred at the 7-Eleven, 2046 Davidsonville Road in Crofton. Investigation revealed that two suspects entered the business, and one suspect detained the employees while the second used a hydraulic tool to open the ATM. After opening the ATM, the suspects removed the cash boxes and fled in a dark-colored SUV. Weapons Violation - Severn

On July 9, 2023, at approximately 5:40 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop of a BMW X5 on Annapolis Road near Disney Road in Severn. The driver was found to have a suspended license, and the vehicle was uninsured. A search of the vehicle prior resulted in the seizure of a loaded .22 caliber revolver from the center console. The driver was prohibited from possessing firearms and was arrested and charged.
