This matter is before this Board as a remand from Circuit Court of Anne Arundel County in Case No. C-02-CV-22-001062. This is an appeal of the granting of a variance to allow a dwelling on a substandard lot that was contiguous to and under the same ownership as one or more unimproved lots on January 1, 1987, on property with frontage along Hansel Drive, 700 feet south of Millersville Rd., Millersville.
