Vicki Swingle served 30 years in the Air Force in various jobs including satellite communications, education and training, personnel, professional military education, and culminating with assignments as a command chief master sergeant for the 5th Bomb Wing at Minot AFB, North Dakota, and the 55th Wing at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. After retiring from the military, she served another 13 years in uniform as an Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps instructor in Bellevue, Nebraska. Currently she is a full-time substitute teacher for Anne Arundel County Public Schools, and a course instructor for the Air Force Global College of Professional Military Education.
She is a graduate of Chapman University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. She is a lifetime member of the Air and Space Forces Association (AFA) and mentors students in AFA's CyberPatriot program at Meade Senior High School. She is also a lifetime member of the Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA), the Non-Commissioned Officer Association (NCOA), and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). She currently lives in Odenton, Maryland.
