Erin Karpewicz

Ms. Karpewicz is CEO at Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS), the County’s nonprofit housing and community development agency. She has over 20 years experience designing and implementing affordable housing policies that affirmatively further fair housing opportunities. Under her leadership, ACDS has grown its impact in the community by expanding the number of grant partners it supports, administering over 120 grants to subrecipents working in underserved communities. A graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel, Ms. Karpewicz previously served in roles in the Maryland Community Development Administration and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and holds a Masters in Policy Sciences from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
