Aisha Hilliard has a passion for serving others and giving back to the community. She is actively involved in various service organizations that promote community development and enhancing the well-being of youth and adults, especially those in need. She is interested in domestic violence awareness and promoting women’s health. Professionally, Aisha is a practicing attorney where she has dedicated her career to public service. She currently resides in District 32.
Aisha holds a Master of Arts in Ministry, Leadership Studies from Lancaster Bible College, Capital Bible Seminary, a Juris Doctorate from University of Baltimore School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland (now Notre Dame of Maryland University). Aisha is a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians and is a credentialed Registered Parliamentarian. She is also an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., and Junior League of Annapolis.
Aisha is also a proponent for healthy living. She is a member of Black Girls Run! where she serves as an Ambassador and a run group leader, assisting other women in achieving their health and fitness goals. Outside of volunteering and service, Aisha loves to travel and run. She often combines the two and takes “runcations.” One of her running goals is to complete a half marathon in all 50 states.
