What an amazing first day! The engagement among participants is what makes programs like this so successful. The group shared their organizations’ strengths, identified common challenges, and asked their most pressing questions about strategic planning. We look forward to making connections and learning together over the next three months.
One participate shared her first-day takeaways:
The session was excellent yesterday!
- I felt able to absorb the information shared on 1/17. The pacing of the session was ideal.
- The PowerPoint used was thoughtful, detailed, and therefore helpful. I felt informed by it instead of burdened. It was used in the best way.
- In terms of content, I felt reassured that strategic planning is doable and will be within the reach of my organization.
We’re off to a great start!
