Robbery (Citizen) - Glen Burnie

On January 26, 2024, at approximately 9:55 p.m., officers responded for a fight at the Exxon gas station located at 6701 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. The investigation revealed three juvenile female suspects assaulted a 27-year-old female victim, knocking her to the ground and kicking her in the head. One suspect took the victim’s purse, and all three suspects fled. Responding officers apprehended the suspect with the victim’s property. The two other suspects were not located. Shooting (Non-Contact) - Glen Burnie

On January 28, 2024 at approximately 9:15 p.m. officers responded for a report of gunshots at an apartment complex in the 6400 block of Centennial Place in Glen Burnie. The investigation revealed a resident came out of an apartment and fired several rounds from a pistol in the direction of the parking lot. No damage or injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Responding officers located and arrested the suspect who is prohibited from possessing firearms. A 9mm Ruger handgun was located inside the apartment.

Shooting (Non- Contact) - Glen Burnie

On January 26, 2024, at approximately 8:35 p.m., officers responded to the block of 300 Highland Drive in Glen Burnie for a shooting. Witnesses advised they heard gunfire and observed a black truck and silver sedan leave the area in an unknown direction. Responding officers located damage to a home in the 300 block of Highland Drive. However, no injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Several spent shell casings were found at the scene. Robbery (Citizen) - Odenton

On January 27, 2024, at approximately 11:25 p.m., officers received a call for a citizen robbery that occurred earlier in the area of Oleander Way and Starflower Lane in Odenton. The 19-year-old male victim agreed to meet with a woman he contacted online. When he arrived at the agreed-upon location, he was confronted by two unknown race female suspects, one white male suspect, and five black male suspects who assaulted him and stole his property, including his cell phone. Robbery (Citizen) - Hanover

On January 28, 2024, at approximately 7:47 p.m., officers responded to the Walmart at 7081 Arundel Mills Circle in Hanover for a robbery. The victim was approached by five juvenile males who asked him if he wanted to buy clothing. The victim declined the offer. As the victim walked out of the store, the suspects assaulted the victim, took his shoes, and fled on foot toward the Costco. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Western Detectives are investigating and encourage anyone with information to contact 410-222-6155.
