Alison Flores

Alison is the first Director of the Office of Hispanic/Latino and Multicultural Resources. She holds a Sociology degree from Catholic University of America in Washington DC and comes to Anne Arundel County most recently from Prince George's County where she had a proactive outreach role as the Deputy Director in the Office of Community Relations. Prior to that she successfully developed and managed relationships as the Latino Affairs Liaison in the County Executive's Office.  Alison shares the County Executive's commitment to the principles of equity by ensuring inclusion of diverse communities through enhanced communication.
