- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.

- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to use computer, cash register and adding machine.
- Ability to count money and use basic math skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrives on time and ready for shift.
- Enforces all facility policies, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and
- appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
- Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard
- of customer service.
- Greets customers upon entering the facility.
- Handles guest questions and concerns.
- Takes daily program registrations and pool admissions using cash register, close-out cash
- register at end of shift.
- Answers phones.
- Uses computer and/or cash register to assist patrons with registration of classes and
- parties.
- Assists with cleaning and maintenance of public areas.
- Participates in required in-service training sessions.
- Professionally handles difficult patrons and situations.
- Liaison between facility and birthday parties
- Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
