Weapons; CDS Violation / Brooklyn Park

On April 22, 2021 at approximately 10:20 p.m. officers conducted a traffic stop of a white Chevrolet Tahoe in the area of Doris Avenue and Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park. The vehicle was occupied with three subjects. Upon speaking with the driver, the officer received information leading to a search of the vehicle which resulted in the seizure of three plastic yellow containers and four plastic blue containers containing suspected MDMA, a suboxone strip, a clear Ziploc baggie containing two smaller plastic packages with buprenorphine/naloxone, three blue plastic containers containing suspected crack-cocaine, a clear plastic pop top container containing suspected MDMA, and a loaded Glock 22 handgun containing 11 rounds of ammunition. All three suspects were transported to central booking for processing and charged accordingly.

Weapons Violation / Glen Burnie

On April 23, 2021 at approximately 12:45 a.m. Eastern District officers conducted a traffic stop of a silver Hyundai in the area of Crain Highway and Veterans Highway. Upon speaking with the driver, the officer received information leading to a search of the vehicle which resulted in the seizure of a loaded Springfield XD 9mm handgun. The driver was arrested and charged.
