Burglary String Arrest / Glen Burnie

On April 28, 2022, at approximately 11:45 p.m., officers responded to Wing Stop in the 6700 block of Ritchie Highway for a burglary in progress. When officers arrived, they noticed the front glass to the business had been broken. While searching the business officers received an alarm call at Chesapeake Liquors in the same shopping center. Officers located the suspect hiding behind the dumpsters in the shopping center. After a brief foot pursuit, the suspect was apprehended. Further investigation revealed the suspect had broken into four businesses in that shopping center; Wing Stop, Chaps, Subway, and Chesapeake Liquors. The suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.
