Robbery (Citizen) - Glen Burnie

On August 22, 2024, at approximately 3:55 p.m., officers responded to the unit block of Ivy Lane in Glen Burnie for a report of a citizen strong-arm robbery. An adult female victim had retrieved a package from her porch and was walking back inside her home when a black male suspect ran up to her, grabbed the package out of her hands, and fled in an unknown direction. Western District
Robbery (Citizen) - Laurel

On August 23, 2024, at approximately 1:15 a.m., officers responded for a strong-arm robbery of a citizen in the area of Russett Green E and Russett Commons in Laurel. The male victim was walking along Russett Green E when he was approached by a male and a female. The male tackled the victim to the ground and punched him. The female strangled the victim as the male went through his pockets. The suspects fled with property and cash belonging to the victim. Fire Department personnel treated the victim at the scene for minor injuries.
