On August 8, 2022, at approximately 8:15 p.m., officers responded for a report of a fight in progress outside of the Marley Station Mall, 7900 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. Upon arrival, officers located several subjects and witnesses. During the course of their investigation, officers learned that an adult male became involved in an argument with a group of juveniles. At one point during the argument, the adult produced a knife and stabbed one of the juveniles. The juvenile victim fled and responded to a local hospital for treatment. The adult fled on foot and was located a short time later by officers. The suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

Stabbing - Severn

On August 8, 2022, at approximately 11:00 p.m., officers responded for a reported stabbing in the 1100 block of Reece Road in Severn. Officers located the 30-year-old male victim, who advised he was stabbed by a subject that was not known to him. The victim advised that he was walking in the field between Van Bokkelen Elementary School and the Meade Village Community when he was approached by a male and a female suspect. The victim did not advise which subject stabbed him, only that it was one of the two suspects. Officers rendered aid until EMS personnel arrived and transported them to a local hospital. The victim's injuries were not life-threatening. Home Invasion - Severn

On August 9, 2022, at approximately 12:05 a.m., officers responded for a home invasion in the 8000 block of Brookstone Court in Severn. Four Black male suspects, armed with handguns and a long gun, entered the occupied residence and stole electronics, money, and firearms, and then fled in a dark-colored vehicle. Officers located some of the victims’ property on the ground in the 1900 block of Reese Road and in the 1200 block of Reese Road. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Rogue & Vagabond/CDS Violation - Annapolis

On August 8, 2022, at approximately 8:05 p.m., officers were called to the area of the 2300 block of Solomon’s Island Road in Annapolis for a report of a suspicious male looking in vehicles. A responding officer located the suspect at the rear of the business attempting to put on a black pair of pants he was pulling from inside of a vehicle that didn’t belong to him. The male was taken into custody and found to be in possession of 26 capsules of suspected heroin/fentanyl, he was charged accordingly.
