Robbery (Citizen) - Brooklyn

On December 13, 2023, at approximately 5:40 a.m., officers responded to the Lidl located at 5722 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn for the report of a robbery. The victim advised he was approached by a male known to him as “Rabbit,” who asked the victim for a cigarette. While the victim looked for a cigarette, the suspect produced a screwdriver and demanded the victim empty his pockets. He then went through the victim's pockets and stole cash. The suspect then ran off behind the store. Northern District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-6135 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700.
