CDS Violation (Search Warrant & Arrest) / Pasadena

Eastern District narcotics detectives received information about possible CDS distribution activity at a residence in the 7900 block of Whites Cove Road in Pasadena. The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at the residence on January 31, 2020 by the Anne Arundel County Police Quick Response Team. The following pieces of evidence were recovered as a result of the search warrant:

  • 71.26 grams of CDS Cocaine, (est. value $7,126)
  • Two gel caps (0.64 grams) of CDS Heroin/Fentanyl (est. value of $20)
  • Two pills (0.26 grams) of Alprazolam (est. value of $8)
  • $756.00 in U.S. Currency 
  • Packaging Material

The resident, John Garrison, was arrested and charged with CDS possession and distribution related charges.

Human Trafficking (Arrest) / Linthicum

On January 30, 2020, Vice Unit detectives received information regarding possible prostitution activity at an establishment in the 1700 block of West Nursery Road in Linthicum. Further investigation led detectives to a male suspect who was allegedly profiting from prostitution activity. The male was arrested and charged with assault and human trafficking related offenses. A female human-trafficking victim was located and offered resources for her immediate care and safety.
