Shooting (non-contact) - Glen Burnie

On July 26, 2023, at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers responded for a report of gunshots heard in the 100 block of Warwickshire Lane in Glen Burnie. During their investigation, officers located evidence of a firearm being discharged in or near the entrance to the apartment building. No property damage was visible, and there were no reports of physical injury due to the shooting. Robbery (Citizen) - Pasadena

On July 26, 2023, at approximately 11:00 p.m., officers responded for a report of an assault and robbery that just occurred in the area of Geneva Road and Granada Road in Pasadena. During their investigation, officers learned that the juvenile victim was approached from behind, punched, taken to the ground, and robbed of cash by two male suspects. The victim indicated he may be familiar with both suspects and provided possible identifying information. Western District
Weapons Offense - Laurel

On July 26, 2023, just before midnight, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a violation of motor vehicle law in the area of Laurel Ft. Meade Road and Old Annapolis Road in Laurel. During their investigation officers discovered that additional violations were applicable for both the driver and vehicle, leading to the vehicle's removal from the roadway. Prior to being towed from the scene, officers found a short-barreled rifle with a suppressor along with a semi-automatic handgun with two high-capacity magazines in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Southern District
Search Warrant - Annapolis

After a month-long narcotics investigation, detectives from the Southern District, with the assistance of the Quick Response Team, executed a search warrant in the unit block of W Washington Street in Annapolis. Detectives recovered two handguns, ammunition, approximately 17g of suspected cocaine, 34 pills of suspected Xanax, approximately 65g of suspected Phencyclidine, and $110,471 in cash. The suspect, who is the focus of the investigation, was arrested and charged accordingly.
