Robbery (Commercial) - Millersville

On June 11, 2022, at approximately 9:40 p.m., officers responded for a robbery in progress at the Starbucks, 584 Old Mill Road in Millersville. The suspect entered the store, pointed a black handgun at the employees, and stated, "Give me all the money in the register." The suspect was handed an unknown amount of U.S. currency, and he fled on foot towards the Cloverleaf Business Park. Based on information obtained at the scene, a suspect vehicle description was obtained. With the assistance of aviation, K-9 officers, and patrol units, the suspect vehicle was located in the area of Phirne Road East and Nolberry Drive in Glen Burnie. The suspect was taken into custody and charged for this incident as well as the following four recent robberies:

Robbery (Citizen) - Pasadena

On June 10, 2022, at approximately 9:30 p.m. officers responded for a report of a robbery of a citizen that just occurred in the 8300 block of Catherine Avenue in Pasadena. The victim was approached by two juvenile males. One of the males displayed a handgun and took the victim's fanny pack. Both suspects fled east on Catherine Avenue towards Fremont Avenue. Suspect 1: White male, approximately 15-17 years old, 5’09”, 115 pounds, black facemask, black sweater, blue jeans, armed with black 9mm handgun.

Suspect 2: Black male, approximately 15-17 years old, 5’09”, 115 pounds, black facemask, black jacket, black pants.

Robbery (Citizen) - Pasadena

On June 11, 2022, at approximately 8:45 p.m. officers responded officers responded for a report of a robbery of a citizen that just occurred in the 8400 block of Fort Smallwood Road in Pasadena. A group of approximately 12 juveniles approached the juvenile victim and began harassing him. One of the 12 juveniles punched the victim from behind and took his bike, cellphone, and shoes. All of the juveniles fled the area. On June 11, 2022 at approximately 3:15 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Severn Orchard Circle and Pioneer Drive in Severn. The driver got out of the vehicle and fled on foot. The officer was able to apprehend the driver and located a loaded stolen Smith and Wesson pistol and 71 small bags containing suspected crack cocaine inside the vehicle. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

On June 13, 2022 at approximately 5:45 a.m. officers responded for a report of a robbery that just occurred at the Royal Farms located at 1114 Crain Highway North in Gambrills. The suspect entered the business, walked behind the counter and began taking tobacco products. When confronted, the suspect grabbed at his waistband and threatened the employee. At no point did the suspect display a firearm. The suspect exited the rear door of the business and got into a burgundy Ford Fusion and fled.
