On June 26, 2024, at approximately 5:45 p.m., officers responded to 5101 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn for a commercial strong-arm robbery. An unknown male suspect entered the Brooklyn Tub Laundromat asking for change and became agitated when the employee couldn’t help him. The suspect entered the cashier’s booth, assaulted the employee, grabbed an undetermined amount of cash, and fled in a silver sedan toward Baltimore. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle or suspect. Suspect: 20-30 year old black male, beard, wearing a camouflage hat, glasses, a green shirt, gray sweatpants, and white shoes.
