On June 4, 2020 at approximately 5:30 p.m., officers responded to the B&A Trail behind the businesses in the 500 block of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Severna Park for a report of an adult male masturbating. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect masturbating and arrested him.
