Road Rage / First-Degree Assault - Arnold

On March 15, 2023, at approximately 8:10 a.m., officers were alerted to a vehicle crash in the area of Ritchie Highway and Jones Station Road. Officers observed a Ford F-350 pushing a BMW X-3 down the roadway at a high rate of speed. After the Ford F-350 disengaged from the BMW X-3, the vehicle fled the scene. Officers were able to catch up to the Ford F-350 and arrest the driver. Further investigation revealed that the incident stemmed from a road rage incident in the area of Ritchie Highway and College Parkway. The victim in the BMW was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was charged accordingly.

On March 15, 2023, at approximately 11:00 a.m. officers responded to the 600 block of Crain Highway in Millersville, for several vehicles that had been shot. Two vehicles on location had been damaged by gunfire between March 14, 2023, at midnight and the above-mentioned reporting time. No injuries were reported, and pieces of evidence were recovered.
