On March 23, 2021 at approximately 8:34 p.m. Western District officers responded to Whiskey Bottom Park located at 3601 Whiskey Bottom Road in Laurel for a report of gunshots fired. Upon arrival officers located shell casings in the parking lot. A witness was located who advised they observed the incident and noticed a tan/gold sedan flee the area on Whiskey Bottom Road toward Howard County. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the suspect vehicle. There were no reports of injury as a result of this incident.
