Assault (Shots Fired) - Severn

On March 30, 2022, at approximately 6:00 p.m. officers responded to the area of Stillmeadows Drive and Stewarton Court in Severn for a report of gunshots fired.  The adult male victim was walking along Stewarton Court when he saw five unknown black males appear from an alleyway.  One of the males fired several shots toward him.  The victim was not struck by any of the fired rounds.  Officers searched the area but were unable to locate any of the suspects. Evidence of shots being fired was recovered at the scene. Western District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-6155 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700.

Destruction (Shot Fired) - Glen Burnie

On March 30, 2022, at approximately 5:45 p.m. officers responded to the Greentree Apartment complex located at 8055 Green Leaf Terrace in Glen Burnie for a report of damage caused by a bullet. The building manager of the Greentree Apartments reported three apartments in the building were damaged by a gunshot. Two apartments were damaged by the projectile which became lodged in the floor of a third apartment. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Weapons Violation - Glen Burnie

On March 30, 2022, at approximately 11:45 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Route 100 near Oakwood Road in Glen Burnie. During the stop the officer discovered a loaded 9mm Smith and Wesson handgun, approximately 24 grams of a white powdery substance suspected to be a controlled dangerous substance and six pills containing suspected ecstasy pills. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle / CDS - Pasadena

On March 31, 2022, at approximately 12:30 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a red Toyota displaying a dealer tag for an inoperative headlamp. During the stop, officers were notified that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Washington D.C. and that one of the occupants had an outstanding arrest warrant through Baltimore City. A search of the vehicle and occupants was conducted which revealed the occupants were in possession of 12 suspected Xanax pills, 3 suspected Suboxone strips and 25 grams of suspected marijuana. Both subjects were arrested and charged accordingly.

Vanadalism - Glen Burnie

On March 28, 2022, at approximately 6:30 a.m, officers responded to the community of Elvatontown for multiple vandalisms. Unknown suspect/s spray painted two swastikas on the roadway and one on an HOA-owned building. Officers and County Roads crews are on scene removing the offensive material. Eastern District Detectives are on scene investigating. Anyone with any information is asked to call 410-222-6135 or the TipLine at 410-222-4700.

Update:

Eastern District detectives began their investigation on the above date and time. Through investigative means, they identified Brandon Dozier of Glen Burnie as the suspect in this case. Dozier has been arrested and charged with numerous destruction of property, use of a hate symbol, and religious crime offenses.
