Robbery (Arrest) / Brooklyn

On March 2, 2020 at approximately 11:40 a.m., officers responded for a robbery of a citizen at the Family Dollar Store located at 5009 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn. A 22 year old female victim was walking out of the store she was approached by an unknown male suspect who began speaking with her. The suspect then struck the victim in the face with his hands and grabbed her personal property which had fallen to the ground. The suspect then fled. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
Detectives were able to identify a possible suspect, and, on March 3, 2020, detectives from the Northern District Detective Unit and Tactical Patrol Units executed a search warrant at a residence in the 4900 block of Brookwood Road in Brooklyn, where the suspect resides. The search resulted in the recovery of the following:
- 52 capsules containing suspected heroin
- 59 ziplock baggies containing suspected crack cocaine
- Scale and packaging materials
- One Sig Sauer 9mm handgun (stolen)
Several individuals were arrested and charged with CDS Distribution related charges. Keith Harris was also charged with robbery and assault from the Family Dollar Store incident.

Robbery / Glen Burnie

On march 3, 2020 at approximately 2:30 p.m., officers responded to the 8100 block of Phirne Road East for a report of a citizen robbery. A 16 year old male victim was walking along Phirne Road when he was approached by an unknown male suspect. The suspect pressed a knife against the victim and demanded property from the victim. The victim complied and the suspect fled. Additional officers responded and searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident. Eastern District detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to contact 410-222-6145.
Suspect: Black male, wearing gray sweatshirt black jacket and dark colored pants.
