CDS Violation - Search Warrant/Arrest - Glen Burnie
Following an investigation into suspected CDS distribution at a residence in the 400 block of Glen Mar Road in Glen Burnie, detectives were able to obtain a search and seizure warrant for the suspected residence as well as a suspected involved vehicle. The search warrant was executed on March 6, 2019 resulting in the arrest of Michael Daniel Allaire and the recovery/seizure of the following items:
1/4 Kilo Crack Cocaine - 284 grams - approximate street value $28,332.00
Amphetamine / Dextro Amphetamine - two 20 mg pills; ten 20 mg pills; five 30 mg pills - approximate total street value - $68.00
Methylphenidate Hydrochloride - 110 20 mg pills - approximate street value $440.00
U.S. currency $22,965.00

Sexual Child Abuse Severn
On Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at approximately 3:17 a.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded to an address in Severn Maryland for a child sex abuse investigation. The mother reported her young child was sexually assaulted by an adult male on the evening of March 5, 2019 at a residence in Severn, Maryland. The adult male suspect was positively identified as Christopher Richardson Sr., a forty-nine-year old male from the 1600 block of North Smallwood Street, Baltimore, Maryland.
The Anne Arundel County Child Abuse Unit launched an investigation into the above allegation. Detectives executed numerous search warrants and collected evidence related to the crime. An arrest warrant was obtained for Christopher Richardson Sr. charging him with Attempted First and Second Degree Rape along with other associated crimes.
On March 6, 2019 at approximately 10:15 p.m., the Anne Arundel County Fugitive Apprehension Team took Christopher Richardson Sr. into custody without incident in the 11000 block of York Road, Cockeysville, Maryland. The suspect is currently being held at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center on a no bond status.
The investigation revealed this was not a random act of violence.
