Commercial Burglary / Pasadena

On May 26, 2020 at approximately 1:30 a.m., officers responded for a commercial burglary at Tandoori Kabob located at 111A Mountain Road in Pasadena. The owner observed one of the front windows smashed out of his restaurant and saw a white Ford pickup truck quickly leaving from the rear of the restaurant. He recognized the passenger as a former employee. The victim provided a license plate number of the suspect vehicle. Officers located the driver and passenger who were positively identified. They were arrested and transported to Northern District for processing.

On May 23, 2020 at approximately 12:20 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle failing to stop for a stop sign in the area of Green Branch Lane and Crainmont Drive in Glen Burnie. Investigation led officers to search the vehicle which resulted in the recovery of a loaded Smith and Wesson 9 mm handgun with nine rounds in its magazine. The driver was arrested and transported to Eastern District for processing.

On May 23, 2020 at 9:50 a.m. officers responded to the WaWa located at 628 Admiral Drive for a report of two subjects slumped over inside a vehicle. Upon arrival officers located a purple Volvo occupied by two subjects. Upon approaching the vehicle, officers noticed the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle and observed a small amount of suspected marijuana within the vehicle. Officers observed the driver attempt to discard a container with 45 suspected Xanax pills. The driver did not have a prescription for Xanax. The driver was arrested and transported to Southern District where he was charged accordingly.
