Northern District
Robbery of a Citizen - Glen Burnie

On May 6, 2022, at approximately 9:30 p.m., officers responded for a robbery of a citizen that occurred in the 100 block of Crain Highway in Glen Burnie. The victim was approached by two males, one of whom was armed with a knife. The males demanded the victim's property, and the victim resisted. The victim’s sweatshirt was slashed with the knife during the altercation, and the suspects fled with the victim’s wallet. The victim did not report any injuries. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects. Northern District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-6135 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700. 

 

Suspects: 

1)White male, approximately 6 foot tall, 180 lbs wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark shorts. 

2)Unknown race male, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark cargo pants


 

Western District
Stolen Auto (Arrest) - Laurel

On May 8, 2022, at approximately 4:15 p.m., officers responded to the 8200 block of Brushyridge Road in Laurel for a report of two males tampering with a motor vehicle. Two suspects fled from officers who pursued the suspects on foot.  One of the suspects was apprehended on Laurel Fort Meade Road near the Baltimore Washington Parkway.  The second suspect was not located. The investigation revealed that the suspects had arrived in a stolen vehicle and attempted to steal another. Southern District
Weapons Offense - Annapolis

On May 7, 2022, at approximately 11:10 a.m. officers responded to the area of Harbor Drive and Hillsmere Drive in Annapolis for a report of an armed subject. Callers reported a juvenile male pointed a black handgun at them as they drove by. Through investigation, officers identified the male and determined the weapon was a replica Glock 19 BB gun. The 13-year-old juvenile was charged and released to his parents.
