Handgun/CDS Violation / Glen Burnie

On November 13, 2020 at approximately 12:27 a.m. Eastern District officers conducted a traffic stop on a blue Subaru Legacy on Crain Highway near Hiddenbrook Drive in Glen Burnie. As officers spoke with the driver, information was obtained leading to a search of the vehicle, driver, and the passenger. The search resulted in the recovery of a Ruger EC9s 9mm handgun, 13.09 grams of suspected marijuana, and other paraphernalia. Both the driver and passenger were arrested and additionally both were served on outstanding warrants.

Commercial Robbery (Arrest Update) / Annapolis

On November 11, 2020 at approximately 3:05 a.m. officers responded to a report of a robbery at the 7-Eleven located at 730 E. College Parkway in Annapolis. The male suspect entered the store displayed a knife and demanded cash from the register. The clerk complied and the suspect fled the store on foot. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Robbery detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-4720.
Update (11/13/20)
Through investigation, robbery detectives were able to positively identify the suspect from this robbery as Jeremy Slade Cox. He was located on November 12, 2020 at his residence and taken into custody.

Commercial Robbery (Arrest Update) / Glen Burnie

On November 1, 2020 at approximately 5:25 a.m. officers responded for a commercial armed robbery at the 7-Eleven located at 7701 Quarterfield Road in Glen Burnie. An unknown black male suspect entered the store, displayed a kitchen knife and demanded cash from the clerk. The clerk backed away from the counter and the suspect removed cash from the register. The suspect and a second black male suspect who was standing watch outside the store fled toward Old Stage Road. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Robbery detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-4720.
Update (11/13/20)
Through investigation, robbery detectives were able to identify both suspects involved in this robbery. The first suspect, Mike'l Jerome Lee-Johnson, was located at his residence on November 5, 2020 and taken into custody. The second suspect, Nayshawn Raekownlee Brown, was located on November 13, 2020 and taken into custody.
