On November 17, 2021, at approximately 2:05 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop of a black Volkswagen Jetta on Ritchie Highway near 11th Avenue in Brooklyn. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer observed suspected marijuana inside the vehicle. The investigation led to a search of the vehicle, which resulted in the seizure of 95.78 grams of suspected CDS packaged for distribution, seven suspected MDMA pills, ten suspected Alprazolam pills, a small amount of marijuana, and approximately $942.00 in U.S. currency. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

CDS / Weapons Violation - Glen Burnie

On November 16, 2021, at approximately 10:00 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop of a black Honda Accord in the area of Crain Highway and East Park Road in Glen Burnie. The driver attempted to flee on foot, however was immediately placed into custody. The driver was found to be in possession of 39.7 grams of suspected marijuana and a Canik TP9 pistol loaded with 13 rounds of 9mm ammunition. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly.
